The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill on page 6, section 8, line 9, by striking out the word “problem” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “or quality problems”;

And,

On page 6, section 9, line 5, by striking out the word “problem” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “or quality problems”.
